We are a Procore Certified Consultant with over 8 years of experience utilizing Procore to streamline the delivery of construction projects.
If you are new to Procore, we can help during the integration of Procore with your company across all departments.
If you are an existing Procore user, we can help provide expansion into the use of tools you have yet to tackle and help make sure you are using Procore as efficiently as possible.
We can provide training to small groups or teams of employees.
We can assist with the integration of certain applications.
We can provide continued support to you and your team with your current use of Procore and to help troubleshoot common issues.
We work for the General Contractor, Mechanical Subcontractor, Owner, Commissioning Agent or the Facility Management Firm to provide the necessary coordination to ensure the wireless energy management system is set up to succeed from the beginning of a new construction project, renovation or system upgrade.
We provide consultation during the construction phase of the project to ensure the infrastructure for the Wireless Energy Management System is in place and/or what is required to put the system in place for system upgrade projects.
We provide continued consultation during the construction phase of the project for coordination among each of the separate trades that need to provide key components to the system. This includes power requirements from the electrical contractor, connection to the wireless network provided by the tel/data contractor and the installation of the system components by the mechanical contractor.
We act a the main line of communication with the manufacturer for new project set-up with Amana and their Eden Management System. This applies to both new construction, renovations and existing building system upgrades.
Once the infrastructure and components for the system are in place, our service, through the steps below, provides the programming and commissioning required to ensure the system is functioning as intended.
We will provide the programming of the Wireless Energy Management System through the Eden portal for remote access by the Owner, or their facilities team, at any location with a wireless connection.
We will establish the set points and roll-backs for the PTAC units to the Owner's, or recommended, specification.
Work through troubleshooting any errors or issues during initial start-up and commissioning phase to be corrected by the mechanical contractor before turn-over to the Owner.
After the system setup and programming is complete, each PTAC can be monitored. We can provide an additional service for Owner's and their Facility Teams that can help them keep track and troubleshoot issues that may arise through the following means;
Provide a monthly diagnostic review of the system to ensure it continues to operate as intended.
Monthly diagnostic report to be reviewed by our team and sent to the property Owner and/or their Facility & Maintenance Team for their review and completion of any outstanding items / issues
Provide coordination & troubleshooting of any system issues with the property Owner and/or their Facility & Maintenance Team.
